1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Moyako website (moyako.com), the Moyako Games platform (games.moyako.com), the Moyako mobile apps available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and any related services we provide.

By creating an account, subscribing to Moyako+, or using our apps and websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who we are

Hanalytic Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10576728, with VAT number GB284728857. We trade as Moyako for our consumer apps and brain-training products, and as Hanalytic for SAP analytics consultancy. All Moyako-branded products are sold by Hanalytic Limited.

3. Using our services

You may use moyako.com, games.moyako.com, and our apps for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content without written permission

4. Accounts

Some features require a Moyako account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at info@moyako.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

5. Moyako+ subscription and payment

Moyako+ is a paid subscription that unlocks ad-free play, unlimited hints, full session history, premium themes, and other premium features across all Moyako apps on every device signed into the same account.

• Price: as displayed on games.moyako.com/pricing at the time of purchase. Prices include UK VAT at 20% where applicable; for customers outside the UK, applicable local taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Billing: Moyako+ is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose) through Stripe (web), Google Play Billing (Android), or the Apple App Store (iOS).
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will email you at least 7 days before any price change takes effect.
• Cancellation: you can cancel any time from your account Settings, from Google Play, or from the App Store, depending on where you purchased. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Moyako+ access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Receipts and VAT invoices: issued by Hanalytic Limited via Stripe and available in your account. VAT-registered customers can add their VAT number at checkout for a reverse-charge invoice where applicable.

6. Cancellation and refunds

UK and EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because Moyako+ is digital content delivered immediately, this right ends under law as soon as you begin using paid features after subscribing — by checking the consent box at checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge this. We choose to honour the full 14-day window regardless of usage: a one-click Cancel & refund button is available on the Moyako+ pricing page while signed in, processing a full refund and cancelling the subscription immediately, no questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds become discretionary. Our full refund policy, including how to request a discretionary refund and the timelines involved, is at moyako.com/refunds.

7. Children

Moyako apps are intended for general audiences. Some apps (Animal Kingdom, Sliding Puzzle) are designed for children and follow Google Play's Designed for Families policy and COPPA in the United States.

• Under 13: may use our free children's apps with a parent or guardian's involvement. No personalised advertising; no account-linked data collection beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
• 13 to 15: may use Moyako games with parental consent. No personalised advertising. Cannot purchase Moyako+ directly.
• 16 and over: may purchase Moyako+ and use all features.

If we learn that a paid Moyako+ subscription has been purchased by someone under 16 without parental authorisation, we will cancel the subscription and refund any unused portion.

8. Content and intellectual property

All content on moyako.com, games.moyako.com, and in our apps — including text, graphics, logos, the Moyako and Hanalytic brand names, game artwork, sound, and software — is owned by or licensed to Hanalytic Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Google Play and the Apple App Store (mobile billing), Google AdMob and AdSense (advertising on free tiers), Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), and Hostinger (hosting). Their terms apply to your use of those services. See our Privacy Policy for what data is shared with each.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services.
• Moyako apps are for entertainment and general cognitive engagement. We make no medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims.
• Hanalytic Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Moyako+ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Termination

You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time from account Settings or by emailing info@moyako.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law, with reasonable notice where possible.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (such as new fees or changes to your cancellation rights) will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK and EU consumers may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to your right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

14. Consultancy services

SAP analytics consultancy provided under the Hanalytic brand is governed by individual written service agreements between Hanalytic Limited and the client. These Terms do not vary those agreements.
